We work meticulously until your package is sent and ensure that our photos are as detailed as possible, and that the information you have is as accurate as possible.
SATISFIED OR REFUNDED FOR 30 DAYS
We're sure you'll love your jewelry, but if you don't and would like to exchange it, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package. We will then give you a return address to which you will send the package by tracked letter. The “Satisfied or refunded” guarantee, however, only applies if the jewelry is in its original condition at the time of return. A piece of jewelry showing signs of wear - although returned - will not be refunded.
Please note, however, that all products on sale or from any other promotional operations are final purchases, so they will not be returned, exchanged or refunded.
For hygiene reasons, ear jewelry cannot be returned if it has already been worn.
